The year is coming to a close and if you're like me, you are waving "Bye Felicia" to 2020. What a year! Let's turn our focus to how we aim to "be" in the new year and what we will "do" comes after that. Conquering goals requires a lot more than just writing down some resolutions; It requires conquering self doubt and increasing your propensity for risk ever so slightly. Success comes when we practice even the smallest steps with Integrity, Intention and Intensity. Let's not half ass 2021. Let's kick it in the pants and slay all our goals with SMART principles and audacity.
