from Zen Mind · host Zenki Christian Dillo
It's a new year and many people make New Year's Resolutions to make changes in their lives. Why do these resolutions often not work? This talk explores a Buddhist way to think about intention. What does the biosphere want me to do?" We can find out that our deepest intentions transcend the seeming dichotomy between self-centeredness and altruism.
