What pieces of information do you have to include in your clinical documentation? What things does insurance require in documentation? What about intake paperwork? HIPAA disclosures? And the more fun stuff - logos? Renting office space? Oof - it really is a lot to think about when you are just starting out!Once the questions started coming in we realized we had left out so much.
