In this candid conversation Alicia is transparent about her journey and how she forged her path as a female minority. She shares her core values for creating a platform as an all-inclusive space.  I find it so inspirational that Alicia and many of the people she has partnered with created something that they felt was missing. Despite the effort, despite the work, and despite the fears, they overcame them and worked tirelessly to make their endeavours successful.
