To help answer these important questions we are joined by Yoav Tourel. Yoav boasts 20+ years experience in advertising, media, sales & tech. Formerly Head of Sales (APAC), at the global ad tech giant Outbrain, where he co-founded the company’s ANZ operation. He is also Vice Chair of the board of The Australian Short-term Rental Accommodation Association, (ASTRA) based in Sydney. Currently, Yoav is helping to make the right cocktail of technologies at Guesty, a property management software company, where he is the Managing Director, APAC. He oversees  operations, personnel, partnerships, and sales as they grow their presence in the APAC region.  I’m going to say it…  I love talking to Yoav. He has great charisma, charm and joie de vie. It was a privilege to get to interrupt his busy schedule and spend an hour talking. Oh, in case you didn’t know.
