Setting Up Your Environment to Support Your Art - Part 2

In this episode, I explain how to optimize the time and space to get more out of your creativity. This is the easiest way to increase your productivity by 50% or more. I talk about working out which time of day works best for you, reorganizing your schedule to accommodate it, getting enough sleep, eating healthy food, clearing out your studio so it's a fresh, clean space to work, and of course setting up your space each day so you get in and work on the most important thing with no distractions. I also give tips for important things to have in your studio to help you remember your "why" even when you're wobbling a bit. I have made a couple of changes this summer which have been a complete game changer for me. 1) I reorganized my family's schedule so I can get up and work in the very early morning and 2) I'm taking my rest and sleep much more seriously. My productivity has shot up.
