Seven Churches: The Church in Sardis

Revelation might easily be the most mysterious and intriguing book of the Bible. To kick-start the book* Jesus directly addresses seven First-Century churches and, in a straight-shooting fashion, gives them a report card of how they are doing. To some churches – Jesus has nothing but praise. To others – nothing but correction.
