Sex Education, S01E08

Thank you to Ashleigh for commissioning this episode! THE FIRST SEASON IS ALREADY OVER! I can't believe it! But I really enjoy the heck out of this show and I'm pleased to hear that there's apparently a third season on the horizon. This finale falls into the unfortunate trap that so many shows do, where the lead character is assumed to be the person we're rooting for, and it feels like he's being rewarded for behavior that to me doesn't merit any sort of satisfaction on his part. Otis, buddy, look. I like you okay. But you're just not Ola material. You're not even on the same planet. So enjoy it while it lasts.
