The gift of sex is a vital conversation and one that brings an array of emotions to the surface. In a culture with a wide variety of viewpoints mixed with our own stories, we all bring expectations and disappointments to the table. In this episode, Terra talks with Melinda Arnold, a Licensed Professional Counselor on our Living Wholehearted Counseling Team, who is also a speaker, wife, and mom to two boys. Melinda is one of the breakout speakers for the InCourage 2020 Gathering , speaking on How to Raise our Kids with Healthy Sexuality. As a Certified Sex Therapist, couples and trauma therapist, she addresses the topic of sex from a wholistic lens and brings an expertise founded in both grace and a wealth of experience. In Part 1, we cover the myths of sex, how healthy sexuality is developed, as well as what most couples struggle with and why.
