Sexuality is the root of life energy. The root chakra, at the base of the body, connects to the glands that give vitality. For centuries, people thought they needed to escape their body to reach the spirit, but spirit and matter are not enemies they are the same light in two forms. Physics shows atoms are almost empty space, meaning matter is mostly energy.Detachment is not rejecting life but loving it so much that it cannot control you. Sexual energy is not only about making babies, it is a creative fire that fuels ideas, art, and transformation. Trauma and shame can block this flow, but awareness and love can unlock it again. The hypothalamus in the brain and the genital glands work together, linking thoughts, emotions, and sexuality, showing how creativity, feelings, and vitality move as one.When you honor your body as a sacred temple and let sexual energy flow, you discover spirit shining inside matter.
