This week is an ode to summertime. I've been talking this week about why summer is so special to me, and I think we need to just acknowledge it and take a little time off from talking about business and entrepreneurship to talk about summer, how special it is, and how lucky we are to have it. I will give you one of my reasons right after this. One of the reasons I love summer is that it reminds us that relationships matter the most. Think about some of your favorite memories. I bet some of them, a lot of them, involve summertime family cookouts, beach vacations, camping trips, baseball games, sitting around a fire pit, and telling ghost stories until midnight. These are great times, great conversations, and great memories, and they happen because summertime allows you to go and do those things.
