This week I have been enjoying talking about summer. I guess you have figured out that summer is my favorite season, and I just absolutely love it. This week, I have shared five reasons why I think it is just so great. I will share that fifth and final reason right after this. One of the reasons I love summer is that it is fleeting. It never lasts as long as we think it will. Remember back in June? We felt like summer would be endless. We had time to go to the beach and take a road trip and maybe go to Disney and celebrate at the lake. We had a ton of time, and then all of a sudden, it's August. Now they've changed school so that it starts so early. Summer is really only two months, and guess what? It feels like it's already over, despite the heat.
