Welcome to the School for Startups Minute with Jim Beach. This week, we have been talking about the importance of the great idea. You have to have a great idea to move forward and be a success. No, most entrepreneurs are copying other people's great ideas and having just as good a success. So please, don't get caught up waiting for your great idea. Be proactive and go copy someone else's. It's totally legal. Just don't copy their trademarks, copyrights, or patents. I want to discuss one more thing this week about great ideas. I'll do that right after this. Tenacity, hard work. These are much more important than a good idea or a great idea. Many ideas have been messed up by people who don't work hard enough and are not there to roll up their sleeves and get dirty. You've got to work hard.
