Shadow Work Explained | What Happens When We Hide From Ourselves

This week on Open Channel, we’re talking about shadow work. Not the scary version. Not the version that tells you to dig through every painful memory you’ve ever had. The real version. The one that asks us to slow down and become curious. Why did I react that way? Why do I keep believing that about myself? Where did that story come from? I share why I actually think retrogrades can be such powerful opportunities for reflection, how shadow work has shown up in my own life, and why learning to understand ourselves gives us the freedom to choose who we want to be instead of living from old patterns.
