Shadow Work Through Stillness

I made this guided Shadow Work meditation nearly two years ago. On Insight Timer and from today you can find this guided meditation on Spotify, iTunes and all podcast platforms named “Shadow Work Through Stillness”. On Insight Timer it has been getting a lot of attention, in my tiny world, and great reviews! In your podcast app search for Spontaneous Evolution and “Shadow Work Through Stillness”. Incidentally you can also find it on YouTube but it’s called “Shadow Work Awareness Meditation”. I’ve used this meditation with all clients over the past couple of years as a primer for my 8 Week Shadow Integration Course, to help bring people into presence, into the body and out of the overactive mind. This is best practiced consistently over a number of weeks, to deepen the experience of observation. Let me know how it goes for you. Like this post?
