Shame and Guilt; On Teenage Mental Health with Psych Nurse Burke

In this episode we have on mental health professional, Nurse Samantha Burke who works as a psych nurse at a number of in-patient mental health facilities.  One of which houses adolescent teenage girls.  We discuss the uptick mental health episodes over the last ten years in this demographic and some of the causes that may have lead up to the point at which we are now where self-harm is so prevalent.
