Karla McLaren is an author and social science researcher who developed an approach to emotional health called Dynamic Emotional Integration.Karla endured trauma in her childhood and, while drowning in an ocean of emotion, began to inquire more about her emotions and the emotions of others. There are 17 emotions, each emotion brings healing in its own way. She shares how empathy is an emotional skill.
