Shame, Deep Healing & The Inner Teen (S4E7)

Today, we are talking shame, deep healing and the inner teen. I have done inner child healing for a long time, but I realised it was my teen that needed the love recently. She had deep shame, fear, perfectionistic tendenies that were playing out in my adult life. When I was triggered I'd revert back (or at least feel 14) with emotional flashbacks and insecurities. She didn't know her worth. She had so much shame and here's the thing we all do.
