Shame, Vulnerability & Growth | Harps & Tiff - 655

from Roll With The Punches · host Tiffanee Cook

Over the past few years, I've sure have embraced vulnerability, but it hasn't been without its challenges—a continuous work-in-progress. Throughout the journey, a handful of people, Harps being one, have played a pretty significant role in helping me lean into the real-life practice of vulnerability. Because let’s face it, life’s not theory, knowledge or even a podcast. In this conversation, I wanted to open the door on how Harps has handled vulnerability and perhaps even shame in his own life. Despite experiencing hurts and let-downs, he has managed to strike a delicate balance between strength, independence, vulnerability, and trust. My intention is to gain wisdom and insights that will aid me in embracing trust and connection even more deeply.   SPONSORED BY AED AUTHORITY Website: www.aedauthority.com.au CRAIG HARPER Website: www.craighaper.net  TIFFANEE COOK Linktree:  https://linktr.ee/rollwiththepunches/ Website: www.rollwiththepunches.com.au LinkedIn:  www.linkedin.com/in/tiffaneecook/ Facebook:  www.facebook.com/rollwiththepunchespodcast/ Instagram:  www.instagram.com/rollwiththepunches_podcast/ Instagram: www.instagram.com/tiffaneeandcoSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
