Send us Fan MailToday we chat with former Australian pro surfer Shane Powell "Powelly".  @shanepowelly Shane is currently a commercial fisherman but still drops everything when the waves are good.  Powelly remembers the days surfing Avoca Point with some of the best surfers in the world, guys like Glenn Winton, Bryce Ellis, and Mark Sainsbury.  Shane tells us about how he loves surfing Sunset Beach and gives credit to Bryce Ellis for helping him figure it out.  He talks about how he always wanted to be a pro surfer, and as a pro, it was good times with traveling and the parties.  In the end, he was ready to move on and go fishing!
