Shannon, Owner of Transformation Group, discusses their common sense approach to business

Meet Shannon, owner of Transformation. Transformation was founded in 2002 with her husband, Travis. Travis previously worked full time in media sales, and I came from a bank management background. Together, we each used our marketing knowledge and project management skills to create Transformation Marketing. We found that our commonsense approach and the honest relationships we built were the start of something great. With this expansion came an increased need for talent. In 2007, Travis joined the company full time, furthering its growth. In October 2011, we bought our current building and moved in March of 2012. We added on another six offices the following year and filled the additional space with more team members. Through the years, we have gained many clients, but the exciting part of our story is that we have a client retention rate 14x greater than the industry average.
