Shannon's Story

Shanny Shan Shan...first responder's wife, Jill of all trades, and mother of all mothers!  This lady truly is extraordinary at all things, but she truly shines as a mom. She loves her girls more than anything and is fierce in her advocacy for them. Shannon is all about self-care, especially in the form of moving your body daily.
