Shaped for Significance: How My Personality Shapes Me

from Springville Church of the Nazarene's Podcast · host Pastor Mark Leeper

Proverbs 22:6 (Amplified Bible) tells us: "Train up a child in the way he should go..." Literally, that Hebrew phrase is "according to his/her way." One translation uses the phrase: "in keeping with his/her bent." The truth is, we are all "bent" differently. We call it our personality, or temperament. By God's design, we all have differing dispositions from birth. In this 4th lesson in this series, we take a look at what the Bible teaches us about our unique, God-given personality styles and how we can relate to others and their different temperaments. This part of our "SHAPE" affects everything we think, say, and do.
