Shared Leadership in Healthcare Emergency Teams: Should the Lighthouse Be Demolished?

During this presentation, Dr. Sarah Janssens will expand on how she became interested in the topic of leadership and why she decided to focus specifically on the subject of shared leadership. Together, Dr. Demian Szyld and Dr. Janssens will discuss the results of a systematic review which examined how leadership is shared within healthcare emergency teams, exploring the how and why of leadership sharing across ER, Trauma, and resuscitation teams.
