Here's the news:- Thursday, April 17th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm the Kane County Sheriff’s Office will host a Second Chance Month Re-Entry Fair at the Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin. This event is an important step in reducing recidivism and providing a fresh start to returning community members.
