Sharing too much or not enough?

Sharing information online is fun, informative, and entertaining. However, when you are in the spotlight, when does sharing information become too much. For example, Alex watches a youtuber religiously and feels that he knows too much about this person's life. However, it is this person's job to share their life on the internet. Alex sees that and begins to wonder if he is sharing too much. Alex explains that if something only involves him, he is willing to share. However, if it involves other people, he will not share because that person might not want that information out there. These thoughts are just forming for Alex as he continues this online journey.
