Sharon Novoa: Leading with Care

Sharon Novoa is the CEO of Whole Care Solutions, a disability support service. She began her career in 2008 and completed her undergraduate studies in Nutrition and Dietetics in Kenya in 2012. Sharon worked with World Vision, providing essential health care services to communities in Northern Kenya. In 2013, she moved to Australia to pursue a Master of Health Science at Victoria University in Melbourne. After gaining experience as a Support Worker, she founded Whole Care Solutions in 2020, which now employs over 40 professionals. Sharon is focused on developing a digital marketing strategy and aims to establish an in-house training facility for her team. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring recipes and traveling. Sharon is active on LinkedIn, and Whole Care Solutions engages with its community on various social media platforms.
