During that day, each one finds they were left something in the will of a stranger. Victoria is gifted books that have become part of the Oxford special collections. Gabriella is gifted with enough money to pay off her debts. She also has a few meetings that hint at others knowing what she experienced. Decard is gifted with a collection of journals chronicling a man's study of the occult. Studying one of the journals causes him to dig too deep and unleash something terrible inside of him.
