She was sexually abused regularly starting at the age of 5. By the age of 15 she had her first daughter and by the time she was 22 years old I had three kids. Now a mother of 4. Shauna become trapped in an abusive relationship, with an addict that continued the same patterns she experienced in childhood. Shauna would continue to have a string of harmful relationships and turned to stripping as well as producing online sexual content to make ends meet. One faithful day Shauna went to church for the first time in years, came home and fell to her knees and asked God to take over her life. it was a spiritual awakening that completely transformed her life. Shauna and I discuss the following: How Childhood abuse can mold who you become and plays a role in making disempowering choices in adulthood?
