This week is fun filled with Anna and Alexandra showing appreciation for each other after Anna helped Alexandra move some heavy furniture. Alexandra gets vulnerable and shares about one of her worst weeks since Shawn has passed. She believes this is all related to some very deep grief that she has been avoiding. In deciding to face this grief, Alexandra ended up in a life storm that included issues with her work, with Buddy and with her house. Facing her grief did not make all these issues go away but it did give her a sense of ability to handle what she was dealing with. Alexandra also shares how she found a beanie in her car…who does it belong to? And Anna shares how she was challenged with surrendering in order to maintain her self care.
