Not only does he always remain a student but has developed some well skilled students of his own who all show class and respect. Shawn has done much for the martial arts communities growth by holding Throw downs at his gym for years. These throw downs were a place of experimenting and exposure to sparring against any style for any level from beginner to experienced.
