Shayne was hired as Kaysville's City Manager 6-1/2 years ago. Shayne is leaving Kaysville better than he found it.   He's hired 6 of the 8 current Department Directors and created an environment that encourages personal growth and development.  As the Kaysville City Manager Shayne has served under three different Mayors and 6 different councils.
