Apologies, but being away and the Wifi being rather intermittent, this week it's a (late) repeat episode - Sleep! As part of the bitesize series, Sleep is one of those often overlooked areas that can make all the difference to how easy or hard you find losing fat (spoiler alert: not getting enough sleep can lead to overeating an average of 500kcals a day extra!)
