She Embraced her ADHD - This is what happened - Olya Babich

from Famous When I'm Dead - Artist Empowerment Podcast · host Samuel KingDavis

Where creators share with you tools so you can thrive, while you are still ALIVE!  Olya Babich grew up creative, but tried to fit herself into a society that didn't quite match her brain. Her employers and coworkers loved her, but it seemed as though she was brilliant at some things and hopeless at others. So it goes with the ADHD artist brain. She got diagnosed and started treating her ADHD with medication, and her work situation instantly improved.  Still not fulfilled with the work, she decided to take the leap into her love for art, and have a go at her passion without the help of her medication. She substituted with diet, exercise and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)  Now she works as a full time artist, and continues to manage her neurodiverse brain with more natural methods. Olya found that embracing who she is totally, and gearing her life toward what excites her was the best route.     _Olya's Social_  https://www.instagram.com/olyascreations  https://www.youtube.com/olyascreations  Want to join a supportive community of professional creatives?
