Leeds Beckett Student Lauren Delany is an elite Irish Rugby player, a Performance Nutritionist for Leeds Rhinos and currently studying a PhD in Sport and Exercise Physiology. Listen as she talks to us about her sporting journey, from Basketball to starting Rugby at 25 and her nutritional work at the 2016 and 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She also looks ahead to the future where she’s set her sights on the Rugby World Cup and using the platform she has to continue inspiring women in sport.
