New Age is a series of Spiritual beliefs and Religion that really boomed in the 1970's. New Age theory focuses on the divinity of "The Universe" and focuses on channeling spirits, or communicating with different spirits. Reiki is a Japanese Healing alternative method that is aligned with New Age thought.
