根據衛福部的統計，去年為止，全國領有身障手冊的慢性精神疾病患者大約有12.7萬人。現代人因為工作壓力大，人際關係複雜，許多像憂鬱、焦慮、恐慌等，精神官能症的病患越來越多，但是社會大眾對疾病的認識和接納的程度還是不夠。本集節目為大家介紹社團法人新竹市精神健康協會，邀請到協會理事長，也是精神科專科醫師馬大元來分享，讓我們可以更多了解身心疾病的朋友，建立一個友善、相互扶持的溫暖社會，歡迎收聽。
