Shedeur Sanders' oblique injury + recapping Day 1 of Browns-Eagles joint practices

The Browns first joint practice against the Eagles on Wednesday was overshadowed slightly when rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders was held out of team drills after suffering an oblique injury early in practice. It means Sanders won’t practice Thursday and is unlikely to get the chance to follow up his strong preseason debut with another good outing in Saturday’s preseason game.
