Sheetal Contractor: The Healing Power of Yoga | The Healing Grove Podcast

This week I am excited to introduce you to my friend, Sheetal Contractor.Sheetal is a PA-licensed massage therapist, Yoga Alliance certified 500-hr yoga teacher/trainer (E-RYT500), and Wellness Coach. After being a corporate professional for 15 years, in the summer of 2006, she took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to pursue her passion – sharing mind/body wellness through yoga and bodywork. Sheetal’s yoga background includes training from diverse styles allowing her to create her own approach that focuses on self-discovery, empowerment and self-healing. Her bodywork centers on gentle forms of massage therapy and energy medicine, including craniosacral therapy (CST), manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), fascial unwinding, marma therapy, and chakra balancing. She is also an author, speaker, and offers guided meditations and yoga content on her YouTube channel, Empowered Wellness with Sheetal.Whether it’s through yoga, massage, or wellness coaching, Sheetal’s intention is to always provide a therapeutic experience that supports the individual’s unique growth and healing process.
