Sheinbaum shows off the progress of the Dairy-AIFA train built by military engineers

The president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, made a supervision tour of the new branch of the Suburban Train that will connect the Lechería station with Felipe Ángeles International Airport, in the State of Mexico. This project is in charge of military engineers and is part of the federal strategy to improve mobility to AIFA and strengthen transport infrastructure in the metropolitan area.Thanks for reading! He explained that what remains to be completed are signaling work, the construction of pedestrian bridges that connect directly to the stations and the stage of technical tests of the railway system.The Dairy-AIFA branch will have an approximate length of 23.7 kilometers and will be integrated into the Suburban Train that departs from Buenavista. Once in operation, the trip from Buenavista to the AIFA will take about 40 to 43 minutes, with trains that will leave every 15 minutes, which will offer a faster and more comfortable option compared to road transfer.Thanks for reading!
