Shelby Guilbert on the Uniform Mediation Act

Shelby Guilbert, a partner with King & Spalding, addresses the Uniform Mediation Act in Georgia in the latest episode of "The Future of Resolution" Podcast.  Shelby aids large businesses and financial institutions in insurance recovery actions, high-stakes contract disputes and cross-border litigation.
