Sheletta chats with MetroTransit operator Anton Pierson.

With six years of experience navigating most of the metro’s busiest and most dynamic corridors, Pierson followed in his father’s footsteps into transit and draws on early experiences helping his blind grandmother navigate Chicago’s bus system. Known for his calm under pressure and passion for urban life, Pierson sees public transit as essential, especially during times of crisis,  and takes pride in helping the city move forward, one ride at a time.
