Shelley Jacobs was the original employee of MLM and joined in 2003. She has been an integral part of the growth and development of MLM and currently overseas the operational and strategic aspects of running MLM. Shelley is a Business Psychologist and a qualified psychometric tester using personality inventory NEO PI3. Shelley delivers Resilience and Leadership training courses on behalf of ARMA. Shelley is a public speaker and has been asked to deliver key notes speeches and webinars on a variety of topics including Wellbeing in the Property Management Industry.Outside of work Shelley is an artist and regularly participates in a variety of artistic endeavours.Random Fact, Shelley is completing a lifelong project where she photographs street signs called Shelley in the UK.
