In 1999, Shelley Swain and her husband, David, began the vacation of their dreams on the beautiful Caribbean island of Tortola. They were avid divers and couldn’t wait to explore its crystal blue waters. But their adventure quickly turned into a nightmare when Shelley drowned and David was accused of killing her.
