Our conversation today with Vicki Ruckman, Secretary & Event Coordinator for the Shenandoah Valley Wine Trail and Lee Hartman, winemaker at Bluestone Vineyards gave all the details for the Shenandoah Valley Wine Festival happening on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley from 1pm - 7pm. The rain or shine event will feature wine tastings, music, craft vendors and food trucks. Vicki gave us a quick rundown of the wineries that will be in attendance as well as details for the craft vendors and food options. She explained the change in layout this year due to construction at MSV. She encouraged listeners to purchase their tickets in advance and reminded MSV members that they will receive an additional discount. Bring your ID regardless of how you purchase your ticket as they will be implementing a 100% ID check. Lawn chairs, blankets, and umbrellas/canopies are welcome however pets should be left at home. Ticket prices include an Early Bird Tasting Ticket for $30; a Non-Tasting Ticket for $15; MSV Member Ticket for $25; and a Day of Event Tasting Ticket for $35.
