關「開公司車、朋友借車、開爸媽車或保養場借代步車」等等情形，假若駕駛或騎士酒駕、毒駕，第三人車輛被扣牌兩年的問題，以前因為法律訂的不清楚，因此最高行政法院曾統一見解認為，「車主與洒駕者非同一人」，不能扣車牌！但是，現在法律已經修改了。依道交條例現行條文規定，所有第三人車主在他人酒駕毒駕時，均適用吊扣牌照規定。但是，難道沒有例外嗎？－來聽聽律師怎麼說！ Powered by Firstory Hosting
