Shepherd the Flock: 1 Peter 5:1-5: Day 19

Godly leadership is shaped by humility, service, and example- not by control.Peter now turns his attention to church leadership. He calls elders to shepherd God's people, not because they are powerful, but because they are entrusted with something that belongs to God. They are called to lead willingly, humbly, and sacrificially, becoming examples rather than controlling those under their care.And then Peter turns to everyone else: clothe yourselves with humility.The Christian life isn't ultimately about who is in charge.
