Steve Owen told by Tania Owen, his widow and retired Deputy. Tania Owen is our guest. She is a retired L.A. Deputy Sheriff and an immigrant from El Salvador. Tania talks about the brutal assassination style murder of her husband, Sheriff's Sergeant Steve Owen. The criminal first wounded him, then stood over him and fired four more rounds into the his body. Tania talks about her career, her experience during the murder and life for the entire family afterwards.
