Sherri Dill - Capital Brewing Company

This week we meet Sherri Dill, Lead Production Brewer at Capital Brewing Company and ACT State Coordinator of The Pink Boots Society. Sherri has just appeared the face of the first episode of a new beer education series created by Capital Brewing, which you can see on Instagram or download. I was interested in finding out a little bit more about her background and career progress that has seen her recently appointmented as Capital’s lead production brewer. As you’ll hear it’s what could be described as a non-traditional career path for a brewer, but also highlights the changing industry.
