Often times alot of us use self -love as an excuse to get over our ex or any situation in our life but in that instance you're automatically hiding behind your fears and scars while you should be practicing a different form of growth entirely.In this episode I took a journey through human forms of abuse I went through diverse parts had alot of conversations before the episode and put all of this together I hope you get my points and views.
